You'll own the top of the hiring funnel, building a world-class engineering team through high-volume outreach campaigns to passive technical talent. Your work will directly impact how people access care, using AI-native sourcing tools to continuously improve response rates.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Proactively identify and engage passive technical talent using sourcing tools.
- Build and iterate on high-volume, personalized outreach sequences.
- Own candidate tracking from first touch through handoff in Ashby ATS.
- Map talent landscape for priority technical roles and target companies.
📋 Requirements
- 0–4 years of sourcing or recruiting experience with technical roles.
- Proven experience running high-volume outreach campaigns.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Ashby, and Notion.
- Bachelor's degree required.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience sourcing for health tech, fintech, or AI companies.
- Experience with Clay or similar data enrichment/automation tools.
- Enthusiasm for experimenting with LLM tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity.
