💼 About This Role

You'll own the top of the hiring funnel, building a world-class engineering team through high-volume outreach campaigns to passive technical talent. Your work will directly impact how people access care, using AI-native sourcing tools to continuously improve response rates.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Proactively identify and engage passive technical talent using sourcing tools.
  • Build and iterate on high-volume, personalized outreach sequences.
  • Own candidate tracking from first touch through handoff in Ashby ATS.
  • Map talent landscape for priority technical roles and target companies.

📋 Requirements

  • 0–4 years of sourcing or recruiting experience with technical roles.
  • Proven experience running high-volume outreach campaigns.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Ashby, and Notion.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience sourcing for health tech, fintech, or AI companies.
  • Experience with Clay or similar data enrichment/automation tools.
  • Enthusiasm for experimenting with LLM tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity.
