You'll analyze sales opportunities, coach team members, and partner with the General Manager to execute strategy. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities with the General Manager
• Oversee Sales Service team to execute exceptional guest experience
• Build client relationships with customers daily
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
