You'll be the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate support. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, STEM, or related field preferred
Fluency in Russian language (speaking, reading, writing)
Recent graduate or 1-3 years experience in customer-facing, finance, or technology role
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Understanding of financial instruments: stocks, options, futures, forex, crypto, fixed income

Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat
Guide users through trading tools and account management
Troubleshoot issues with account management, funding, and trading activity
Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams
Identify opportunities to improve processes and tools
