• Manage HRIS and ATS configuration, security, workflows, and integrations.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across HR workflows.
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into workforce trends.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or HR analytics.
• Hands-on experience with UKG or similar HR systems.
• Experience with workflow automation or system integrations.
• Strong understanding of HR data management best practices.
