💼 About This Role

You'll act as a strategic translator between business and technical teams, owning initiatives from ideation to delivery. You'll evaluate competing requests against technical effort and business impact, and refine broad business asks into clear requirements. This high-impact role embeds across Client Success, Product, People Ops, and IT to drive scalable internal solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed with retention teams to identify workflow failures and optimize tech stack.
• Refine business asks into clear, actionable requirements with technical nuance.
• Manage project timelines, unblock questions, and ensure delivery meets business needs.
• Lead UAT and own the 'last mile' of delivery including training and communication.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years TPM, Business Systems, or Implementation Engineering in high-growth SaaS.
• Hands-on Salesforce-centric project experience with understanding of objects and automation.
• Grasp of integrated tech stacks including API logic and data modeling.
• Jira mastery for backlog management and project tracking.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in employee experience or HR tech industry.
• Full-stack operator skilled in both technical and strategic discussions.
• Ability to question status quo and manage stakeholder expectations.
