Description

You will manage the end-to-end artwork development process for packaging and labeling components, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of compliant artwork. This role combines hands-on execution with team supervision and process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in artwork or labeling coordination within regulated industry
• Knowledge of regulatory, legal, and corporate standards for labeling
• Proficiency with artwork management systems (e.g., Veraciti)
• Ability to supervise team and onboard new hires
• Strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end artwork development from brief to final release
• Liaise between PMO, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, and external vendors
• Validate briefs for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with cross-functional teams
• Oversee timelines, resource planning, and progress tracking for multiple labeling projects
• Drive process improvements for artwork development and approval workflows
