You'll provide safe, clinical ear piercings in a joyful, celebratory atmosphere at Rowan, an innovative ear-piercing brand. You'll build trust with customers, turning each piercing into a memorable milestone.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform sterile ear piercings with clinical precision.
• Educate customers on aftercare and jewelry selection.
• Maintain a clean, aseptic environment and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with studio team to ensure smooth operations.

📋 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• Professional and engaging customer care approach.
• Availability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Experience working in a retail environment with sales goals.
