🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and productionize machine learning models for healthcare products.
• Define and track KPIs to measure model performance and business impact.
• Collaborate with product teams and customers to scope analytics projects.
• Communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in data science, statistics, or quantitative field.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with Flask or FastAPI.
• Deep understanding of statistical models and machine learning techniques.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (SageMaker, Athena, RDS, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Master’s or PhD in math/statistics.
• Experience with protected healthcare data or pharmaceutical supply chain.
• Experience with MLOps and containerization (MLFlow, Docker, CI/CD).
