You'll establish and scale Kira's presence in the Brazilian education market, owning market strategy, government relationships, and go-to-market execution. This role determines whether Kira captures one of the world's largest education systems. You'll operate as an entrepreneur, building a business from the ground up with limited resources.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop market strategy and identify entry points in Brazil
• Build relationships with Ministry of Education and state secretaries
• Own revenue targets and close deals with states and school networks
• Hire, develop, and lead local team across sales and operations

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• 10+ years experience with leadership roles in education or tech in Brazil
• Deep relationships in Brazilian education government or institutions
• Track record of building businesses or scaling operations in Brazil
