🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage a sales team through recruiting, hiring, and training
• Conduct monthly sales reviews and monitor performance metrics

• Support on-site activities and customer needs as required

📋 Requirements

• 3-4 years of rental industry experience, preferably in management
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Sales management or outside sales history
