You'll serve as a senior escalation point for customer-facing data and application support for enterprise SaaS solutions in the High Tech and Semiconductor industry. Your core impact is performing data-centric root cause analysis and writing complex SQL queries to resolve production incidents. This role offers deep hands-on troubleshooting across data, integration, and application layers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as L2/L3 escalation point for customer data and application issues
• Perform root cause analysis across data, parsers, and databases
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for troubleshooting and data fixes
• Troubleshoot data loads, integrations, and batch job failures

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of enterprise application support or data operations experience
• Strong expertise in SQL and relational databases (Oracle preferred)
• Working knowledge of Java/J2EE for log review and debugging
• Experience supporting customer-facing production systems and incident management

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of High-Tech/Semiconductor industry concepts
• Exposure to ITIL-based processes and ticketing systems
• Familiarity with release management and regression testing
