You'll own end-to-end sourcing strategy for multiple roles across global markets. You'll conduct detailed market mapping and engage passive candidates using advanced search techniques. This role is key to building strong talent pipelines for a high-growth fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for 10+ open roles at a time
• Conduct market mapping and talent research for target companies
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches
• Provide pre-qualified candidate shortlists to recruiters

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sourcing or talent research
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
• Proven ability to manage 10+ roles simultaneously
• Experience sourcing across UK, UAE, US, and India markets
