You'll support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams. You'll manage employee engagement, benefits, and HR operations for a hybrid workplace. This role offers a chance to shape culture and ensure compliance with California employment law.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and HR system updates.
- Manage employee records, files, and HRIS data.
- Oversee open enrollment, culture initiatives, and offboarding.
- Support performance management, leave administration, and payroll.
๐ Requirements
- 3 years of relevant HR or administrative experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office proficiency.
- General knowledge of California employment law.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Slack, Confluence, and ADP.
- HR Certification preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
