You'll support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams.   • Coordinate new hire onboarding and HR system updates.
  • Manage employee records, files, and HRIS data.
  • Oversee open enrollment, culture initiatives, and offboarding.
  • Support performance management, leave administration, and payroll.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant HR or administrative experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office proficiency.
  • General knowledge of California employment law.

  • Experience with Slack, Confluence, and ADP.
  • HR Certification preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
