Description

You will evaluate and refine AI-generated Japanese-to-English and English-to-Japanese translations, focusing on grammatical accuracy, fluency, cultural nuance, and context sensitivity. You'll annotate errors, provide cultural explanations, and suggest improvements to help train the next generation of AI language models.

Requirements

• Strong command of both Japanese and English
• Background in professional translation, linguistics, localization, or language education
• Experience with technical, literary, or media translation
• Clear, reflective communication and ability to articulate translation decisions

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and edit AI-generated translations for accuracy and fluency
• Translate between Japanese and English in both directions
