💼 About This Role

You'll architect, design, build, and operate test infrastructure for thermal systems in grid-tied converters. Your work will directly set the pace of iteration by executing physical tests and developing automated test equipment. You'll own the full development lifecycle from design review to verified fixes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute thermal and fluids testing from component to system level
• Design test plans and Design-of-Experiments with thermal and mechanical teams
• Build test stands, fixtures, and integrate sensors and plumbing
• Automate test execution, data logging, and reporting for fast iteration

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with background in thermodynamics or fluids
• 2+ years industry or research lab experience with test fixtures
• Python or Matlab scripting and source control (Git/Bitbucket)
• Experience with DAQs and sensors (thermocouples, flow, pressure)

✨ Nice to Have

• Simulation/modelling experience in fluid network or CFD
• Reliability and statistical analysis
• Power electronics and high voltage testing
