You'll serve as the primary legal advisor for product and engineering teams developing blockchain-based payment solutions within the U.S. regulatory framework. Your core impact will be defining compliance policies and governing frameworks that enable innovation while managing risk. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide legal guidance on U.S. money transmission and payments regulation
• Develop and implement internal compliance policies and governance frameworks
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed compliance in product design
• Manage external counsel on specialized regulatory matters

📋 Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar admission
• 7+ years of legal experience in fintech, payments, banking, or blockchain
• Expertise in U.S. financial services regulation, especially money transmission and payments compliance
• Experience advising on product legal matters in fintech, cryptocurrency, or payments
