- Track issue resolution trends and report insights to leadership.
- Resolve escalated, executive, and high-complexity issues.
- Design and document customer-focused resolution processes.
- Manage team training, development, and performance.
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in life, annuity, or disability claims.
- 5+ years in customer service or issue resolution.
- 1+ years of supervisory experience.
