💼 About This Role

You'll train clients on Cloudbeds' hospitality platform, tailoring it to their needs and ensuring they become confident, self-sufficient users. You'll partner with Sales to drive retention and product adoption while building strong relationships. This role offers the chance to impact global hospitality operations from a fully remote setup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate client onboarding and training via video, phone, and email
• Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot escalated issues
• Partner with Sales to define success and demonstrate ROI
• Build strong client relationships to promote product adoption

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of 5-star hospitality experience (Front Desk or Revenue Manager)
• OR 3+ years of SaaS customer-facing experience
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of Spanish if not mother tongue
