You'll lead payout performance improvement for Taptap Send's Latin America corridors, working with teams across the globe to scale cross-border fintech operations. Your work will directly enhance customer experience and efficiency in emerging markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and improve payout corridor performance across LatAm markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party payment partners
• Reduce technical outages by tracking root causes and coordinating fixes
• Develop dashboards and playbooks to streamline operations and reporting

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in finance, tech, or operations at a startup/tech company
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL
• English and Spanish language proficiency
• Ability to independently lead cross-functional projects and deliver solutions
