💼 About This Role

You'll own and drive a pipeline of payer opportunities for a pioneering early cancer detection company, advancing coverage and access-enabling outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Director, you'll navigate complex payer organizations, moving opportunities from early conversations to concrete results. This role offers remote flexibility with East Coast travel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Initiate, build, and expand relationships with assigned payer accounts.
• Lead payer meetings from outreach through follow-up execution.
• Translate payer interest into pilots, collaborations, or agreements.
• Navigate payer organizations to identify key stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in payer engagement or market access.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Track record of closing payer negotiations for expanded coverage.
• Travel 40% of the time.

• Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD, MD, PhD).
• 15+ years experience in payer engagement.
