You will own automation as a product, architecting end-to-end solutions that bridge hardware development and rapid software delivery. You'll drive technical vision, identify bottlenecks, and pioneer AI integration to optimize workflows. This role enables high-quality firmware releases and facilitates quality investigations for a global IoT device fleet.

• Experience building automation test frameworks
• Ability to bridge hardware-software gap with sophisticated software
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring skills
• Proactive identification of friction points in developer experience

Responsibilities

• Own automation as a product: define and drive end-to-end automation solutions
• Act as technical north star, deliver complex automation solutions and mentor team
• Proactively partner with Firmware and QE to identify and eliminate testing bottlenecks
• Architect scalable software frameworks for reliability and performance of global device fleet
• Pioneer integration of AI tools to streamline development and testing workflows
