You'll join a high-growth sales team driving pipeline generation for CaptivateIQ's sales performance platform. Your core impact will be creating opportunities by researching prospects and engaging Director to C-Level buyers. This role stands out with proven career progression into closing roles.
π― What You'll Do
- Research prospects to inform outreach strategy with relevance and storytelling.
- Generate pipeline through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Engage Director to C-Level prospects to uncover pain points and create interest.
- Represent CaptivateIQ as a subject matter expert articulating value proposition.
π Requirements
- 1+ year of SDR/BDR/ADR or customer-facing sales experience with B2B SaaS.
- Bachelorβs Degree or equivalent with strong academic performance or leadership.
- Sales acumen with discovery, research, and prospecting skills.
- Salesforce CRM experience or equivalent.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience selling to Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Finance teams.
- Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Knowledge of Excel or sales compensation tools.
