💼 About This Role

You'll oversee the Tax Department's operations, protocols, and team development at Lucas Horsfall. You'll direct complex federal and multi-state tax returns and provide strategic planning and client advisory services. This role offers a path to firm ownership in a growing firm backed by private equity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review federal and multi-state income tax returns for various entities
• Work with clients and partners on tax planning issues
• Supervise workflow and mentor tax staff
• Conduct tax research and respond to tax notices

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Active licensed CPA
• 10+ years of relevant experience with supervisory experience
• Proven technical ability preparing and reviewing all types of tax returns
