Description

You will lead client-facing technical projects in a fast-paced MSP environment, including system design, deployment, and upgrades for servers, networking, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and endpoint technologies. You'll work on-site at client locations across NYC to drive successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• Highly skilled in MSP project engineering
• Deep understanding of multi-tenant support and modern IT infrastructure
• Comfortable working on-site with clients

Responsibilities

• Execute client project delivery including onboardings, network migrations, server migrations, office builds, and MDM/MAM implementations
• Collaborate with project managers and account teams to provide updates and maintain documentation
• Serve as escalation point for project issue resolution
• Travel to client sites across NYC for installations and assessments (50–75%)
