You will lead the QA strategy and testing framework for Monopoly GO!, overseeing both internal and external QA teams, collaborating with senior leadership to foster a culture of quality. You'll drive continuous improvement, safeguard release quality, and champion automation and AI-powered solutions.

Requirements

• Exceptional leadership and managerial skills with proven experience
• Strong verbal/written communication and attention to detail
• Strong time management, accountability and organisational skills
• Strong negotiation skills to advocate for team needs while balancing business priorities
• Extensive knowledge of JIRA or similar bug tracking systems

Responsibilities

• Define and lead implementation of Vertical Group testing framework and QA strategy
• Contribute to strategic QA resource planning and structuring
• Recruit, mentor, and support Monopoly GO! QA leadership team
• Promote Culture of Quality across the development process
• Develop and refine QA metrics to evaluate quality and operational performance
