You'll lead strategic design direction for B Corp Certification products, shaping how design, product, and engineering collaborate in cross-functional squads. Your core impact is advancing design maturity and ensuring user-centered outcomes across complex digital experiences. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Advocate for design's role and build design maturity across the organization
• Lead and grow a high-performing design and research team through coaching
• Establish design standards, ways of working, and collaboration norms with product and engineering
• Define and maintain design quality and consistency across all squads
• Lead maturation of B Lab's design system and design operations

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design, with at least 3+ years managing design teams
• Proven track record of design strategy and cross-functional leadership
• Expertise in UX/UI design, design systems, and user research methods
• Experience working in remote-first, distributed teams with global user bases

• Experience in impact-driven or non-profit organizations
• Familiarity with B Corp Certification or similar standards
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
