You will provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents in a senior living community, assisting with daily tasks like bathing, eating, and mobility under nurse supervision. You'll help residents maintain independence and comfort while ensuring accurate care documentation.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) certification in Ohio
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift, and transfer residents

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care
• Provide support services under nurse supervision
• Help residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible
• Provide accurate, efficient, and timely care documentation
