Description

You will play a critical role in shaping and managing MongoDB's global forecasting and planning process, with a primary focus on planning systems, data flows, and tooling. You'll modernize forecasting tools, manage the planning calendar, and develop reporting for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics
• 3+ years of FP&A or Corporate Finance experience with focus on planning systems and tooling
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning platform like Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or Pigment
• Strong financial modeling and data management skills in Google Sheets / Excel
• Experience with system integrations and reconciliations (ERP to planning tool, HRIS to HC models)

Responsibilities

• Modernize and automate forecasting and planning tools, focusing on workforce planning
• Manage the company's planning process, calendar, and corporate-level forecast consolidation
• Develop and maintain reporting for senior management including CEO, CFO, SVP of Finance, and Board
• Forecast global budget items such as payroll taxes, benefits, and allocations
• Document FP&A processes and streamline operations across teams
