As a Sales Manager, you'll lead and build a team of hunters to drive growth in Southeast Asia and Greater China. You will mentor your team, refine sales processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve ambitious targets while defining the future of global employment.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of mentoring on pipeline building and closing
  • Consistently delivered against targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience hiring and maturing geographically distributed Account Executives
  • Strategic mindset with ability to execute functionally
  • Fluent English; experience managing across SEA/South Asia/GCR is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure the SEA hunter team over-achieves goals
  • Help direct reports develop career paths and improve sales cycle
  • Lead team in identifying and prioritizing prospective accounts
  • Provide weekly and quarterly reporting on pipeline and wins/losses
  • Conduct performance reviews to align goals and development
