๐ผ About This Role
You'll provide first and second level IT support to end users for daily business and exercises/operations. You'll manage incidents and service requests using the ITSM ticketing system, ensuring hardware, software, and network issues are resolved within SLAs. This role supports NATO's critical communication infrastructure.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide first and second level support to end users
- Manage incidents, fulfillment requests, and changes in ITSM
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows client hardware and software issues
- Assist with password resets, account lockouts, and access permissions
๐ Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience supporting IT end users
- Proven experience as system administrator with Windows clients
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Update management
- Experience with SCCM/Configuration Manager for deployment
โจ Nice to Have
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or equivalent
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
