💼 About This Role

You'll join the Zeitgeist squad within Spotify's Personalization team, building systems that understand culture in real time. You'll leverage LLMs and agentic workflows to create personalized listening experiences for millions of users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build agentic systems for personalized listening experiences
• Develop pipelines for extracting cultural signals using LLMs
• Own components end-to-end from data to production serving
• Build evaluation tooling and run experiments

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building and shipping ML models end-to-end
• Strong foundation in Python and experience with GCP tools
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent orchestration frameworks
• Experience building production-scale AI/ML systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Java or Scala
• Background in NLP, knowledge graphs, or MIR
