Requirements

• English qualified solicitor with at least 1 year experience at a top firm or in-house
• Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• BA/BS/LLB from a top UK university or other relevant law degree
• Resilient, high-energy self-starter focused on commercial outcomes
• Ability to work under pressure delivering high-quality advice
• Manage tight deadlines across multiple projects
• Confidence and flexibility in fast-paced environment
• People-oriented with strong relationship-building skills
• Strong written, oral and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Responsibilities

• Negotiating contracts with clients and vendors
• Working with client services and clients' legal teams to ensure safe knowledge access
• Drafting and implementing internal policies and procedures to manage risk
• Developing and delivering legal and compliance training
• Dealing with intellectual property, data privacy, technology, sanctions, regulatory compliance, employment, taxation issues
