🎯 What You'll Do

• Source stories, photos, and quotes for email, blog, and donor communications.
• Track down timely content from social media and coordinate with state teams.
• Manage content intake operations: request, receive, organize, and deliver assets.
• Build and maintain content repositories in SharePoint and Airtable.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in content operations or grassroots communications.
• Strong editorial judgment to assess story usability and gather context.
• Proven project management skills handling multiple requests in fast-paced environments.
• Experience building content repositories and workflows with SharePoint or Airtable.

• Experience with email, blog, donor comms, and direct mail content types.
