🎯 What You'll Do

• Design governance model, decision rights, and accountability structures.
• Lead annual planning and OKR setting with Finance and central teams.
• Own performance dashboards and quarterly retrospectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Finance, HR, Product, etc.
• Produce executive-level reports and board presentations.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in business operations or strategic program management.
• Experience designing and implementing operating models and governance.
• Track record of influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proficiency with OKR frameworks and performance management tools.
