Description

You will partner with Account Services and clients to develop creative that drives results, bridging client vision with team collaboration. You'll own the production process from pitch to delivery, scoping projects and ensuring timely, exceptional output.

Requirements

• 4-6 years experience in performance creative production, including ownership of multi-work stream retainer accounts
• Client-facing communication experience
• Exceptional organizational skills in fast-paced environment
• Deep familiarity with short form content and production cadences
• 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Understand direct response, paid media best practices, and short-form video production
• Translate client/creative briefs into direct response design, video, and animation assets for paid platforms
• Scope and quote projects; establish and maintain project schedules
• Serve as production lead for full account workloads, developing production roadmaps
• Partner with designers and editor/animators; collaborate with creative team members nationally
