You'll own the master plan for all change initiatives within the commercial organization, ensuring complex projects are delivered in sync across the company. You'll provide strategic oversight to turn high-level vision into operational reality.

• Own and maintain the centralized change roadmap.
• Design and lead steering committees with executive reports.
• Align project timelines and track critical milestones.
• Liaise with cross-functional departments to manage interdependencies.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in project management or change management.
• Fluency in English for cross-org alignment.
• High-level education in Business Management or related field.
• Strong command of project management methodologies.
