You'll provide on-site customer support and equipment management at merchant locations. You'll ensure correct product initialization and usage while managing stock, reverse logistics, and inventory. This role combines field service with warehouse duties in a dynamic fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Attend customers at their point of sale
• Manage stock, asset receipt, and reverse logistics
• Organize and perform periodic inventory checks
• Triage equipment for reuse or repair

📋 Requirements

• CNH A or AB (motorcycle license) for at least 2 years
• Less than 10 active points on license in last 12 months
• High school diploma completed

• Technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields
• Customer service experience
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
