You'll sit at the intersection of Applied AI, Automation Engineering, and Commercial Strategy to scale our automation-led support engine and streamline GTM workflows. You'll diagnose issues, optimize processes, and build tools that empower Commercial, Growth, and BD teams. This high-impact role directly shapes how Immutable supports players and studios at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supercharge the commercial engine by architecting and optimizing processes, tools, and data workflows.
• Scale intelligent support by driving initiatives to maintain world-class user experience.
• Accelerate GTM strategy by designing and deploying automation initiatives.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to inform GTM strategy and support efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting skills to distinguish symptoms from root causes.
• Experience in technical support, RevOps, operations engineering, or workflow automation.
• Ability to communicate complex technical details clearly to diverse audiences.
• Comfortable working with data (SQL, dashboards, analysis) to support decision-making.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience using or integrating AI tools (LLMs, agents, prompt engineering, automation tools like Make/Zapier/N8N/RelevanceAI).
• Experience building support workflows or automations in tools like DevRev, Intercom, Zendesk, Glean, or similar.
