💼 About This Role

You'll join Palantir's in-house legal team to negotiate complex commercial and government deals and advise on regulatory matters. You'll build scalable legal processes to support the company's global impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead negotiation and drafting of commercial and government deals
• Advise on complex legal and business matters across the company
• Partner with international sales teams on deal strategy
• Build infrastructure for scalable legal support

📋 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in US, UK, or other common law jurisdiction
• 3-8 years of post qualification experience at top firm or in-house
• Bachelor of Law or equivalent from top-tier university
• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Arabic fluency (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with technology and software licensing in Middle East
• In-house experience
