You'll lead and coach a team of Retail Territory Account Executives selling Toast's new Retail platform to grocery stores, bottle shops, and convenience stores. You'll drive new business growth across your district and collaborate with product teams to build solutions for retailers. This role requires a founder's mindset as we expand into a new vertical.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Hire, develop, motivate, and manage a quota-achieving sales team
  • Coach team on full cycle sales process including discovery, demos, and proposals
  • Conduct field visits, walk-ins, prospecting, trade shows, and partnerships
  • Utilize Salesforce to forecast pipelines and analyze conversion rates

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a sourcing or closing role
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing a sales team
  • Proven track record of success in exceeding quotas
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
