Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will handle service tickets, perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, prepare vacant apartments for move-in, and maintain the building and grounds. Your work helps create a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or education in the trades
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for on-call rotation and emergency situations
• Ability to exert 25-50 pounds of force frequently and 10-20 pounds constantly
• Personal, reliable transportation for work and on-call emergencies

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Perform general upkeep, cleanliness, snow removal, and grounds maintenance
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents
• Work weekends, evenings, and be on call for after-hour emergencies
