Description

You will lead new product qualification and reliability testing, working with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and safety. You'll manage test plans, perform validation, analyze failures, and collaborate with global teams to drive improvements.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years relevant work experience in systematic product testing
• Education or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
• 3D Modeling (Solidworks) and ability to read mechanical drawings
• Statistical analysis skills (Python, R, Minitab) preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain test plans for new product development and sustaining engineering
• Perform product validation and verification with testing equipment and custom machinery
• Manage ODM/OEM partners and third-party labs to complete test tasks
• Collaborate on test development to design and automate custom test rigs
• Assist in summarizing validation results with field failure rate estimation
