Description

You will build strong relationships with state prison agency leadership, drive partnerships to maximize impact and financial sustainability, and define and communicate how Recidiviz guides partner states to safely increase liberty for justice-involved individuals.

• Track record of stakeholder engagement and relationship management in challenging environments
• Experience working in or with Texas state government and existing relationships
• Process leadership with clear communication and cross-functional team management
• Open-minded, humble, curious with active listening skills

Responsibilities

• Understand and document needs of correctional actors and justice-involved individuals
• Build deep relationships with key stakeholders
• Adapt and deploy Recidiviz product offerings and data analysis to delight state partners
• Communicate clear steps for product, design, data, and engineering teams to support state objectives
• Drive partnerships towards impact and financial sustainability
