Description

You will lead all aspects of managing commercial, industrial, and/or retail properties, coordinating marketing, operations, and financial activities. Your role ensures tenant satisfaction, drives asset value, and oversees team performance, reporting, and budgeting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3-5 years related experience or training
• Commercial/industrial/retail property experience preferred
• Real Estate License where required; CPM/RPA designation preferred
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills; Yardi or MRI knowledge preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and financial analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team activities, assign tasks, cross-train, and conduct performance reviews
• Direct vendor invoice payments and accounting activities per management agreement
• Prepare monthly reports, annual operating budgets, and capital budgets
• Coordinate lease administration, tenant move-ins/outs, and vacant space tours
• Proactively collect rent and manage accounts receivable
