Description
Join Scout Motors to lead production planning and risk management for the Battery team, tracking and reporting on production equipment. You'll drive P-FMEA processes, coordinate plant engineering departments, and optimize series planning controls to support the launch of electric pick-ups and SUVs.
Requirements
- Experience in production planning and risk management
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional departments
- Knowledge of economic standards and investment planning
- Familiarity with IT-based production processes (JIT/JIS)
- Strong project management skills
Responsibilities
- Manage P-FMEA process and monitor status updates
- Coordinate evaluation requests and consolidate Plant Engineering departments
- Develop and control serial planning control processes
- Create production plans and layouts for the Battery department
- Support sample build phase, PV, 0-series, and production ramp-up
