- Provide hands-on technical support for API integrations and best practices.

- At least 2 years of experience in technical support engineering or B2B SaaS support.
- Strong ability to debug and triage issues in complex software environments.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and providing structured feedback.
- Solid understanding of APIs and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
