Description

You will architect the analytical and operational backbone of our renewal process, turning complex data into strategic insights that drive retention and growth. You'll build early warning systems, automate workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to make our renewals predictable and scalable.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in Renewals, Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy Analytics
  • Advanced Salesforce expertise building complex reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
  • Mastery of SQL and Excel/Google Sheets for data modeling and trend analysis
  • Strong understanding of SaaS recurring revenue metrics (GRR, NRR, Churn, Expansion)
  • Proven ability to present complex technical findings to senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Drive global renewal forecasting process integrating customer health insights and predictive analytics
  • Design and maintain sophisticated renewal health scoring models to identify at-risk accounts
  • Analyze churn attribution and expansion patterns to provide data-backed action plans
  • Partner with Revenue Ops and IT to design and implement process automations
  • Create and present high-visibility dashboards and quarterly business reviews
