• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of analysts and automation specialists.
• Oversee design and implementation of LLM-based automation pipelines for RCM workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define technical specs and scalable architecture.
• Use SQL, Python, and BI tools to build dashboards and monitor automation success.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical operations or automation roles including 2+ years managing teams.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM-based APIs and automation platforms.
• Experience with tools like Zapier, Alteryx, and Power BI.
• Experience in RCM or healthcare operations.
