Description

In this role, you will lead the Supply Chain packaging group to plan and execute production trials for new product development initiatives, create and maintain technical specifications, and manage a team of engineers. You'll work in a hybrid environment and troubleshoot technical packaging issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Packaging, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Strong technical aptitude of packaging materials processes
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams
• 10+ years of professional experience

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Management Packaging team in scale-up and optimization activities
• Provide hands-on technical support to troubleshoot packaging problems
• Train, coach, and manage team performance
• Create and maintain package component technical specifications
