Description

You will lead the transition of the security function from an external auditor model to an embedded security model, partnering with product and sales teams to build trust and accelerate enterprise growth. You'll manage a global security team, define security guardrails for AI services, and oversee compliance programs.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading security in a high-growth SaaS, Cloud, or Infrastructure company
• Track record of partnering with GTM functions to close high-ACV enterprise deals
• Experience implementing 'Security Champion' or embedded security programs
• Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones (Europe, North America, APAC)
• Deep familiarity with European regulatory landscape (GDPR, NIS2, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Transition security function from observer to internal partner, building frameworks and tooling for developers to own security
• Partner with sales leaders to win enterprise customers, acting as 'Face of Trust' in customer CISO engagements
• Manage global security team of ~20 people, optimizing service and productivity ratios
• Define security guardrails for next-gen AI services (LLMOps, agentic permissions)
• Oversee core compliance (SOC2, ISO 27k, PCI-DSS) and incident response
• Ensure European sovereign cloud compliance with data residency requirements
